Description
《Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God》 is probably the strongest card in the set, in terms of raw power, but unfortunately the mana cost is a killer. I believe Grixis Midrange is the only deck that can try to cast Bolas consistently. Removal package can be tuned for sure, once we figure how the metagame will look like, but I like list above as a place to start.

Description
Grixis Control leverages the power of Nicol Bolas, the deck is basically trying to trade resources and eventually win through card advantage generated by 《Disinformation Campaign》 or Nicol Bolas. The deck has a very strong sideboard thanks to surprise creatures and more specifics answers. The biggest weakness of the deck are enchantments like 《Experimental Frenzy》 or 《Search for Azcanta》.

Description
《Vivien, Champion of the Wilds》 and 《Vivien’s Arkbow》 are cards that ask to be built around. They need cheap heavy hitters that you can reliably hit and that will impact the board. The Green-Red warrior shell from the the previous Standard format seems like a perfect fit. The Deck’s strategy? Find a bow, sit back, tap out and find a creature at the end of your opponent’s turn, attack, profit. Bonus style points for the inclusion of 《God-Eternal Rhonas》 that will easily be brought back into play with the Arkbow every time it dies.

Description
I think the best friend of Planeswalkers is 《Llanowar Elves》. This deck is a traditional BG Explore (which is good against aggro decks) and aims to develop many Planeswalkers fast to threaten the slower decks in many angles and net a big card advantage. The sideboard is prepared to deal with Nexus decks and Mono Blue decks which are the weakness of this strategy.

This is an update to Sultai Midrange last season and I believe 《Vivien, Champion of the Wilds》 is a huge changer for the deck as it provides card advantage while also allowing you to play your creatures at instant speed which works well with counterspells in the sideboard. Nothing is better than casting 《Hostage Taker》 at end of turn to steal a creature.

《Vivien, Champion of the Wilds》 is a unique Planeswalker, it allows you to utilize creatures to their fullest potential due to the static ability that gives all creatures flash. Vivien also enables you to play more one of silver bullet creatures since the minus two ability lets you dig a bit deeper into your deck than you normaly would be able to. This deck is a new archetype that is now possible due to 《Vivien, Champion of the Wilds》. I highly recommend that you give this deck for a spin, you won’t be disappointed!

Abzan Citadel is basically a combo Deck which tries to win immediately when 《Bolas’s Citadel》 enters the battlefield. This deck does kill very reliably and achieves that goal with the help of a huge board, 《Cruel Celebrant》 and an activation of 《Bolas’s Citadel》.
The Deck has a tough time against counterspells but does well against Aggressive or Midrange strategies which lack instant interaction with Citadel. It may be not one of the top tier decks but it is definitely able to win and does that in one of the most fun ways imaginable.

Description
This deck like any Esper Control deck, is trying to one for one with removal, discard, and counters with the goal of resolving a 《Teferi, Hero of Dominaria》 and taking control of the game. The new 《Teferi》 (Time Raveler) is a nice addition that interacts early in the game, and whose static affect gives us an edge in any matchup where the opponent is trying to interact with counterspells. It also stops Nexus opponents from being able to go off on their endstep so the card is a lot better than it seems. Sultai and Mono Red feel like the worst matchups while other Control Decks and Simic Nexus should be good matchups.

Well, this deck tries to do the exact same thing as a few months ago, with a new, stellar card – 《Tamiyo, Collector of Tales》. It’s insane, looks for the missing card to combo or bring back one of them from the graveyard and in the process fuel your graveyard. In the sideboard we have access to 《Saheeli, Sublime Artificer》, a really good card to deal with Control decks, since the Servo tokens are really good post-board against those decks. Also, we have the 《Arboreal Grazer》, perfect solution against one of the hardest creature to deal with, 《Thief of Sanity》. It’s also good against red and white.

I played this deck a lot today, this list is taken and modified a little from Daniel Goetschel decklist. I think it has a lot of potential and a lot of good stuff in it, in the sideboard 《Finale of Eternity》 and 《Despark》 overperformed for me.
The mix of good removal plus 《History of Benalia》 and some knights was awesome, 《Seraph of the Scales》 overperformed too. In the sideboard, you have a lot of good things like 《Duress》 vs Control, 《Lyra Dawnbringer》 vs Agroo and 《Finale of Eternity》 just crushes doing a mini 《Plague Wind》 vs your opponent! If you like Midrange decks give this a try .

RB gets a lot of new tools from War of the Spark. 《Dreadhorde Invasion》 is an excellent turn two threat that is good against Aggro and Control. The new Planeswalkers provide nice proactive card advantage engines, while 《Widespread Brutality》 gives it a sweeper that has the additional benefit of getting your zombie closer to 6 power (《Bedeck/Bedazzle》 provides a similar effect except as a spot removal spell that can double as pump on your zombie. I expect this deck to be strong against Aggro and Midrange, but (as tends to be the case with RB nowadays) — it will need to lean on its sideboard discard to combat Control and Combo more effectively.

Description
This deck is based on the synergy between 《Saheeli, Sublime Artificer》, 《Treasure Map》 and 《Karn, Scion of Urza》. The goal is to control the game with the burn spells and to create card advantage with 《Experimental Frenzy》, 《Treasure Map》 and 《Karn, Scion of Urza》. Then you can create very big artifact tokens to finish the game. With all the burn spells in the deck you are able to fight the creature decks well. The card advantage weapons you get is what you need against Control decks. The black part is for the sideboard to be able to become more of a Control deck in some matchups where the burn spells are not great. I believe that Saheeli is an additional pay off for the deck and allows it to be a real Control deck even game 1.

Description
The decklist uses the newly released 《Neoform》 (and 《Eldritch Evolution》 as extra redundant copies of a similar effect) in conjunction with 《Allosaurus Rider》 to summon a 《Griselbrand》 off of it as soon as turn one. 《Allosaurus Rider》‘s printed Converted Mana Cost is seven, which conveniently allows you to summon it for its alternative cost and immediately sacrifice it to either one of those spells to get a 《Griselbrand》. 《Summoner’s Pact》 can grab an 《Allosaurus Rider》, providing extra redundancy.
Once you get 《Griselbrand》 into play, chaining 《Nourishing Shoal》s should allow you to activate the demon enough times to draw your deck, and use your 《Simian Spirit Guide》s and 《Manamorphose》s to ultimately win with 《Lightning Storm》 or 《Laboratory Maniac》. Remaining cards in the deck serve the purpose of finding your combo and maintaining green card density for 《Allosaurus Rider》.
This deck seems to work best with the London Mulligan rule, since it’s aiming for a large amount of turn one, two, and three kills, but it still probably is a force to be reckoned with without it, because for how much of a “glass cannon” deck it is, it is also fairly consistent at doing it’s own thing.

Description
This version of 《Restore Balance》 deck trades interaction for the ability to more consistently find your combo pieces via 《Opt》, 《Faithless Looting》 and 《Gifts Ungiven》. 《Finale of Promise》 works well with all of those cards to set up your combo quickly, but can also be a weapon against discard and interactive decks to generate card advantage in longer games.

Description
《Ashiok, Dream Render》 is a perfect fit for UB Mill outside of its expensive cost. This card fits in with the deck’s prison and disruptive nature while being a maindeck worthy card that is good against most of the top decks of Modern. Although it has anti-synergy with 《Archive Trap》 and 《Visions of Beyond》, you can combat the former with 《Field of Ruin》, and you can even target yourself so that your Vision becomes active! (Your opponent’s graveyard gets exiled, not the target player)

Description
This deck is trying to lock your opponent with the 《Teferi, Time Raveler》 and 《Isochron Scepter》 on 《Silence》. When you have those into play, your opponent can’t cast more spells because you activate the 《Isochron Scepter》 on the upkeep and since your opponents can only use cards on Sorcery speed, the 《Silence》 will prevent them from doing that. Once the lock is established you only need to take care of the creatures in play. The Jeskai shell does a good job doing that, with cheap removal and 《Snapcaster Mage》. The -3 ability of 《Teferi, Time Raveler》 also does a great job controlling the number of creatures on the battlefield. 《Isochron Scepter》 on 《Lightning Helix》 or 《Path to Exile》 is also a very good threat by its own against some decks and the 《Delay》s work very well with the Teferi’s Static ability.

If you get your opponent to 0 cards in hand with both Narset and Sanitarium in play, you can use Sanitarium during their upkeep to effectively make them skip their draw step.

Description
War of the Spark introduced 2 new powerful Planeswalkers to Legacy: 《Narset, Parter of Veils》 and 《Teferi, Time Raveler》. The static abilities on these Planeswalkers seriously inhibit most top Legacy decks’ gameplans and they both generate value on entering the battlefield. This deck tries to force a powerful threat through ahead of schedule using 《Noble Hierarch》 and 《Mox Diamond》.

Description
It’s easy to get 《Blast Zone》 into play through 《Crop Rotation》, 《Gamble》 or 《Life from the Loam》. 《Blast Zone》 is a nice utility land which can push this deck back to Tier 1. It’s obviously good versus one mana permanents but more importantly it’s a fetchable maindeck answer versus 《Counterbalance》 and 《True-Name Nemesis》, two cards very hard to deal with for this deck.
